How to remove the preparation dialog
To disable the preparation dialog to the following:
- Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Reading
- Under "Screen Reader Options", select "Only read the currently visible pages"
Now the dialog should be gone.... Enjoy!
This is tested to work on Windows Vista using Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.
Old and BAD Solution
Close Adobe Reader and delete or move this file:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\plug_ins\Accessibility.api
When you open a PDF file next time make sure to select the checkbox "Do not show this message again".
