Software Raid on Hetzner dedicated server
How to install software raid on a Hetzner Dedicated server:
First boot the server in rescue mode, by selecting it in the hetzner management website.
When logged on to the rescue console do the following:
root@rescue ~ # installimage
Then you will be presented with a menu, where you can select a operating system. After this you will get a change to edit som of the installation parameters.
Here you simply change the following:
SWRAID 0
to
SWRAID 1
to
SWRAID 1
Now are good to go, and type F10. When the installation is done you login with the password supplied to the rescue console.
